If you have a fans that's underage, i prefer you to make sfw art since that is the best way, i have some nsfw art too in this site, but now i realize my fans were all underage, so i stop making it although i really want to draw nsfw art
You can make an alt account for your nsfw though
I agree with @solidsnakeonaplane
Take it from me too, tried to do things i wasn't happy with and stop mixing mediums and methods and the result was a complete shortage of everything and reduced confidence in my work.
So by all means, you just keep doing you but consider whatever else needs considering (e.g. if you have underage fans you might wanna refrain from NSFW content)
Just do stuff you are happy doing, as other people have said probably just make an alt account. Although you don't even have to make NSFW drawings if you don't want to.

you could make an alternate account I guess. That's what many people do.
