Yeah, for the road, I figure I should make at least one more art piece. For now, at least. I'm planning to return to comics soon. Don't worry, I'll still do that once a month suggestive art, but I'll lower the frequency I make art at. They don't allow us to use the laptops during lunch, either, but luckily, I have a sketchbook, so I'm planning to rough draft comics on that, and digitally remake them.

I held a poll on Twitter about a week and a half ago, showing my old art of Cleopatra, and asking if anyone wants a redraw. The poll ended with "yes," so that's gonna be Friday's art.

As you can see, I'm making her expression more cartoony, since I think her expression in the original drawing looks more seductive.

There's a new policy at school saying that phones aren't allowed during lunchtime, which I think is the one of the dumbest things to have ever existed. Unfortunately, that means I'll have less time to work on art; I don't think even after school clubs, days off, half days, or weekends will give me enough time.

Doesn't mean I'll stop making art, but I might end up posting less art; maybe a few doodle pages here and there, the occasional digital art, and I'm planning to get back to Aliyanah and Farrah comics soon (hopefully that'll take some pressure off me for a while).

Honestly, breaking this news to you all is kind of saddening to me, so consider it the first vent post I've made in a long time if you'd like.

At some point, a friend on Twitter said they wanted a profile picture of their two favorite characters, and I offered to do that if there weren't any official images. However, they kinda changed their mind. I'm still making the art though, just because.

Not all NSFW content is sexual; sometimes it can be heavy blood or gore.

I'm planning on making an art piece that depicts a corpse of one of my characters soon, so I thought I could mention that I'll make an exception for that; it doesn't count as the monthly suggestive art, just like the joke art I make every Sunday.

Yep, 17 now, everyone! I can finally play M-rated video games and watch R-rated movies. This year might end up being a pretty good one.

First of all, thanks to everyone who's provided their thoughts and experiences on my question. I've come to a decision.

For right now, before I'm 18, I'll post at least one piece of suggestive art per month. On sites like Twitter and Bluesky, I'll post them on a secondary account and eventually repost them on my main, while on sites like Newgrounds and DeviantArt I'll post the art on my main, since I feel like I'm most likely limited to one account.

After I turn 18, I'll start making NSFW art, about as often as my suggestive art (once per month), but still post them on secondary accounts, and occasionally on my main accounts. I'll also potentially start a subscription service, like on DeviantArt, Twitter, Patreon, or Ko-fi, to keep people under 18 out of that NSFW content, and so I feel like my efforts making that type of content in the first place are more "worth it."

I'm also more open to posting my joke art where the joke ends up being sexual or fetishized on Twitter and Bluesky.

I don't plan on making any changes to this, but you have the option to just not look at it, or filter it out (I know Newgrounds automatically filters out A-rated content for minors, and DeviantArt won't let you view Mature content).

Hey, guys, it's Diamondman. I've been thinking about this for a while now, and it's been starting to bother me a little. I realize I'm only 16 years old, but I've been starting to think that in about a year or so, I'm gonna have to come to a big decision: What kind of art do I want to continue doing?

What do I mean behind this? Well, it's kind of a target audience matter. I've been doing mostly T-rated content, with some suggestive stuff like belly dancer art. There's also the matter of my more suggestive M-rated joke art. What I'm trying to get at is I'm thinking, "Once I turn 18, should I continue doing SFW art with some mature theming every now and then, or should I start making NSFW art?", and I figure the best thing that can influence this decision is input from all of you.

What made me think about this decision? Quite a few things, actually. First, an artist I'm friends with has been experimenting with NSFW art himself, hoping to gain new audiences. Second, I'm fully aware that I'm friends online with some people who are older than I am, and sometimes look at this type of art. Third, there's some artists I've been following for a while that used to make art that's SFW, but have been shifting to more mature material now. And finally, I have received some interactions that can get suggestive at times.

There's three reasons I haven't really done what I've had planned in mind:

1. I want to say at least half of the people who follow me are at least my age or younger, and I fear I may make them feel uncomfortable or left out with making this type of content.

2. I wouldn't say I'm the best artist in the world, so I'm not sure if I'm ready to be making that type of art anyway.

3. I've heard about the recent censorship law in the United Kingdom, and it's made me think, "I have international fans, too, and I don't want them to be left out by some stupid law exclusive to them."

What have I been thinking about doing in the meantime? Obviously, more suggestive content; this time, not actually as a joke for once. But I'm not sure if I should or not. What do you all think? Do any of you like the idea, or should I just stay within my "comfort zone"? If you're wondering, no, this won't affect comics, just art that isn't comics.
