Step 3: Have the plots be comedic at first, then turn the comic into a comedy-drama, while leaving the plotline still unrealistic

Step 4 (optional): At some point, introduce a friendly female character who's foreign to the country your two main characters are living in

Step 5: Keep the comic running on and off for at least 10 years, I don't know
