(this was back in the early 2010s when i was a little kid, so it might be outdated now)

Step 1: Use offensive language in casual conversation.

Step 2: Listen to nu-metal. (preferably something like Limp Bizkit)

Step 3: Play mostly first-person shooter games. (stuff like Halo and Call of Duty)
